Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous development of our employees.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing the importance of customer confidentiality and security.
  • Develop non-classroom communication and training materials to support our employees in their roles and enhance their performance.
  • Assess individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas, to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
