As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and responding to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
 - Provide personalized support and solutions to members, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and empathetic manner
 - Offer guidance and education to members on their healthcare options, helping them make informed decisions about their care
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
 - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
