Job Overview
As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience when interacting with our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You'll also be the go-to person for customers with questions or concerns, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
 - Assist customers with questions, concerns, or issues, providing personalized support and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
 - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety
 - Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently
 - Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
 - Receive truck deliveries, verifying shipments and ensuring all packages are handled with care
 
Physical Requirements
As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation, and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. Additionally, you may need to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week.
