**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Make it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and resolving them over the chat the first time, every time.

**What We're Looking For**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.
