As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You'll work closely with our team to provide technical support, manage customer accounts, and resolve complex issues with ease. **About the Role**
We're seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
* Delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently, meeting or exceeding our high standards
* Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving complex issues
* Entering application data accurately and efficiently
* Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
* Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
* Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
* Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
* Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
* A dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
* Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
* Completion of a background check and health screening
* Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (not Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders)
* NOT compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite
**Qualifications**
We're looking for individuals with:
* Moderate to advanced computer skills
* A high level of comfort learning new technology
* High levels of professionalism, verbal, and written communication skills
* Comfort working from home
* Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude
**Preferred Experience**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or Call Centers, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also desirable. Spanish Bilingual skills are highly valued.
