Senior Commercial Real Estate Agent, Remote
                                Our client, a prominent real estate firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Commercial Real Estate Agent to join their fully remote sales team. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in commercial property transactions. The agent will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales in their designated market, all while operating from a remote location.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients. Analyze market trends, property values, and investment potential. Source and present commercial properties for sale or lease, matching client needs with suitable opportunities. Conduct property tours and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants. Prepare comprehensive proposals, offering memorandums, and financial analyses. Manage the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing. Stay informed about local, regional, and national commercial real estate market dynamics. Network actively within the industry to generate leads and build partnerships. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track deal progress. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of real estate practice. Qualifications: Active real estate license in the relevant state(s). Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing. Demonstrated success in closing commercial property transactions. Deep understanding of real estate valuation, market analysis, and investment principles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to generate leads and build a strong client base. Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain self-motivated in a remote setting. Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and contracts. A professional demeanor and strong ethical compass.
