We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations and Business Process Optimization team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. You will work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionalities of our systems. As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:- Applying your analytical skills and business acumen to resolve a wide range of issues related to business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing.
 - Collaborating with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter expertise.
 - Staying up-to-date with current advancements in your field and recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems.
 - Evaluating the effort and value of proposed solutions and applying business solutions with a broad understanding of technology stages/structures.
 - Verifying data and carefully reviewing and checking the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work.
 - Establishing or following prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous improvement.
 - Communicating ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of design and integration.
 - Identifying program risks, issues, and opportunities proactively, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation.
 - Performing other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
 - Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement.
 - Strong knowledge of technical conditions and software development methodologies.
 - Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and external partners.
 - The ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals.
 - The ability to work effectively in a helpdesk or group-oriented environment.
 - The ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details.
 - The ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks.
 - The ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of job satisfaction and coaching others to do the same.
 - The ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Experience with Workday data migrations and business process optimization.
 - Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
 - Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
 - Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.
 - Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
