Sr Mgr, IT

About the position Responsibilities • Partner with senior leadership to build and implement corporate IT initiatives. • Implement IT standards, policies, and master plans for the IT function. • Manage the design and implementation of technologies and tools to improve internal operations and data delivery. • Implement new technological directions and manage their deployment. Requirements • 7 years IT work experience. • 5 years leadership experience. • 2 years project management experience. • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience. • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques. • Knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area. • Understanding of software development lifecycle. • Strong understanding of Payment Card Industry (PCI) DSS and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements. Nice-to-haves • Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback. • Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. • Urgency in resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
