[Remote] International Sales Representative [US] - Factory Automation Solution

Manpower Korea, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced, results-oriented B2B Sales Professional to grow their Factory Automation Solutions business in the US. The role focuses on cultivating relationships, promoting HMI products, and driving significant sales growth in the territory.
Responsibilities
• Cultivate and expand robust relationships with key local distributors, integrator and strategic end-user clients.
• Proactively promote and sell the HMI product portfolio.
• Drive significant sales growth in the US territory.
• Identify and execute on new business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and long-term market expansion plans.
• Provide regularly headquarters with critical market intelligence, competitor analysis, and detailed customer feedback.
Skills
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable B2B sales experience in the Industrial Automation sector.
• Proven sales track record involving HMI, PLC, or SCADA systems.
• An established professional network and active sales pipeline within the regional US automation or industrial machinery sectors.
• Documented success in managing and developing dealer/reseller relationships.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Background in industrial equipment, advanced factory automation, or smart factory solutions.
• Previous experience working with Korean or other international technology companies.
• Nuanced understanding of the US industrial automation market and regulatory landscape.
