Key Responsibilities
- Produce, shoot, write, and edit both paid and unpaid lifestyle segments for television, web, and social channels, ensuring each piece meets editorial standards and brand objectives.
 - Collaborate closely with clients and sponsors to design seamless integrations that achieve measurable business goals while maintaining editorial integrity.
 - Coach and mentor on‑camera guests—often first‑time television participants—through the entire process, from pre‑interview briefing to on‑air performance.
 - Create compelling written content for the web, including feature articles, blog posts, and SEO‑optimized copy.
 - Curate, post, and manage visual assets on social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok), and actively engage with audience comments to foster a vibrant online community.
 - Partner with producers and the senior editorial team to brainstorm fresh segment ideas, develop story arcs, and plan paid‑content opportunities.
 - Serve as on‑air host or co‑host for in‑studio or on‑location segments, delivering a dynamic presence that resonates with diverse audiences.
 - Conduct thorough research on topics, guests, and client brands to ensure each segment is accurate, insightful, and compelling.

 - Undertake additional duties as assigned by the senior producer or director of marketing, adapting quickly to the fast‑paced newsroom environment.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Dynamic on‑air personality with a natural sense of humor, energetic demeanor, and a consistently positive attitude.
 - Exceptional writing ability for broadcast, digital, and social media formats, with a keen eye for storytelling rhythm and SEO best practices.
 - Proficiency in videography, lighting setups, and post‑production editing, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.

 - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience hosting or reporting on a talk or lifestyle program, with a portfolio of on‑air work.
 - Hands‑on experience with ENPS or comparable news‑production software for rundowns, script management, and live‑to‑air workflows.
 - Willingness and ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; this position is not remote.
 - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by live programming schedules.
