Role Overview – Your Mission as Senior Remote Creative Director

We are searching for a visionary, remote‑first Senior Creative Director who will champion bold, strategic concepts and lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, strategists, and producers.   • 4+ years in a Creative Director or Group Creative Director capacity, leading multiple creative teams across a range of media formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex marketing insights and business strategy into compelling, digital‑first advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional storytelling and conceptual skills, with a portfolio that showcases award‑winning, high‑impact work across at least three major media channels.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion abilities; comfortable speaking to senior executives, client stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and retaining top creative talent, with a track record of fostering inclusive, high‑performing team cultures.
