[Remote] Department Analyst II - Value Based
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cleveland Clinic is a respected healthcare organization seeking a Department Analyst II - Value Based. In this role, you will analyze operational resources and evaluate departmental performance, while developing reports and recommendations for service improvement.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
• Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs and prepare reports based on analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
• Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact and identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
• Develop special reports and recommendations.
• Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.
• Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain awareness of and comply with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
Skills
• Two years of statistical analysis experience required.
• A High School diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute the work experience and education requirements.
• An Associate’s degree and four years of experience may substitute the work experience and education requirements.
• A Master’s degree and one year of experience may substitute the work experience requirement.
• Two years of EPIC experience
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field required.
