Key Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
- Work effectively in a team environment to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Interact with customers, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours and lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds

- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Previous experience working in a team environment
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a register
