Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative working remotely, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites your career. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing support, and resolving issues with compassion and a smile. Our remote team has 40 preferred residency states, and we're currently hiring from across the USA, excluding AK, CA, HI, and outside of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product or service information to customers, recognizing, applying, and explaining your knowledge to resolve their issues
- Utilize computer systems and software to document customer interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal teams
