Job Overview

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be the frontline representative for our company, providing solutions and support to prospective and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to optimize the customer experience, drive satisfaction and loyalty, and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. You will handle new service requests, address existing customer needs, and provide effective and timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective and existing customers via phone, chat, email, or other types of customer interactions
  • Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of customer interactions
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records
  • Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of our products and services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services
  • Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3-4 days per week in our center and 1-2 days per week from home
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work
  • Ability to participate in workspace audits and comply with organizational security and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services, including voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with a range of $18.31/hr + up to $36,000 in commissions yearly, depending on performance and sales goals.
