Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in navigating our online platforms, helping them access job listings, resources, and other relevant information, and troubleshooting basic technical issues as they arise.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering prompt and accurate assistance, and resolving client complaints in a fair and professional manner.
  • Aid clients in using library equipment, including computers and printers, and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting library space, ensuring shelves are neat and resources are readily accessible, and contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of the library.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize and execute library events, workshops, and seminars to support clients' professional development, and participate in the planning and delivery of these events.
  • Uphold library policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all patrons, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
