Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats, responding to customer-related support questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize your home computer and internet connection to remotely answer inbound calls and chats, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, with a variety of schedules available to accommodate your needs.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your own hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Essential Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred.
- High level of professionalism, excellent communication, and typing skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups, and be willing to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
Technical Requirements
- CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, with no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors.
- Internet download speed of 5Mbs minimum, and upload speed of 3Mbs minimum, with a network latency of 250 MS maximum.
- Operating system of Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit), with a minimum of 4GB RAM, and 8GB recommended.
- Must have a home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes.
- Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable, and must be a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall.
