Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring seamless operations and driving business success. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for price change-related issues and questions, liaising with merchants and stores to resolve discrepancies and provide support. Your exceptional data entry skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in driving success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Review and enter stores' submitted cost and price changes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Work with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, providing support to the team as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
