As a Team Lead Data Processing, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of data operations. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Data Processing to join our data operations team. As a Team Lead Data Processing, you will play a crucial role in developing new processes and workflows for our data entry specialists, coordinating their work, managing workloads, and serving as a liaison between our regulation managers/researchers and data entry specialists. This is a new role that requires exploration and innovative thinking. **Key Responsibilities** As a Team Lead Data Processing, you will be responsible for: * Communicating tasks assigned by the company's regulation managers to the data entry specialists * Organizing the working schedules of the data entry specialists * Liaising with all workflow participants and acting as the point of contact to progress actions * Providing and maintaining documentation * Implementing, optimizing, and automating workflows * Writing requirements for other teams * Conducting individual coaching and group training sessions * Performing quality checks * Managing the data entry team * Providing reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual data entry specialists * Training new data entry team members on the workflows * Coordinating tasks and work schedules * Performing quality checks * Providing reports * Conducting trainings **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field * 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably with both data entry specialist and non-data entry specialist teams * Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones * Experience in working with multiple stakeholders * Experience in conducting coaching, mentoring, and training sessions in a remote format * Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency * Strong attention to detail * Understanding of large language models (LLM) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience in data processing and analysis * Knowledge of data quality checks and data validation * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques * Experience in working with cloud-based data storage solutions * Certification in project management or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Team Lead Data Processing at Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop your leadership and team management skills * Gain experience in data processing and analysis * Work with a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for data * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Contribute to the growth and success of our organization **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
