Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time. You will also connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer.
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues.
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, performing tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment.
  • Knowledge of Amazon's products and services, as well as our logistics and delivery processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
