Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Media Systems Engineer to lead technical projects in our remote media technology development team. Key Responsibilities

 - Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues in media systems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted content delivery.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, content creators, and project managers to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
 - Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for media systems architecture, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
 
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 - Proven experience (3+ years) in media systems engineering or a related role, preferably in a remote work environment.
 - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
 - Strong understanding of media technologies including video encoding, streaming protocols, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
 - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
 - Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a remote setting.
