**Experienced Video Operator – Remote Live Event Production and Broadcasting**

You will work closely with our production team to ensure seamless and high-quality video production, and will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions. This is a full-time remote position, with a competitive salary of $27 per hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate cameras, adjust video levels, and manage signal flow to ensure high-quality video production * Troubleshoot technical issues, including camera, cabling, and equipment problems * Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute live events, including setup, rehearsal, and showtime * Manage and maintain remote compound video, fiber link, and source lists * Coordinate with Activities and Creation partners to develop and implement work processes * Develop and maintain knowledge of system design and building, including video way, fiber connected systems, digital video compression, and transmission guidelines * Work with transmission trucks, fly packs, and fiber units to ensure seamless video production **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as broadcasting, communications, or a related technical field * 2+ years of experience in live event production and broadcasting, with a focus on video operations * Strong knowledge of live creation hardware, including cameras, switchers, and routers * Proficiency in reading and working with waveform/vectorscope (designs - SDI and IP, HD, UHD, and HDR) * Ability to manage camera look and concealing necessities, and to troubleshoot technical issues * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with broadcast gear and distant creation show needs * Knowledge of fiber optic frameworks and cabling * Familiarity with system design and building, including video way, fiber connected systems, digital video compression, and transmission guidelines * Experience with transmission trucks, fly packs, and fiber units **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a focus on video operations and live event production * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring seamless and high-quality video production **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** We are committed to the growth and development of our team members, and offer a range of opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
