Our team of talented professionals, representing a diverse range of disciplines and skills, from technical directors and writers to lighting designers and choreographers, brings enchanted worlds to life through technical expertise, creative vision, and a dash of magic. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Video Editor, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of video systems for live entertainment and office applications. You will work closely with our team of video creators and software engineers to design, plan, and execute video projects, from concept to delivery. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our video systems meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and technical excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and implementation of video systems for live entertainment and office applications, including theme park attractions, resort hotels, and cruise ships * Collaborate with video creators and software engineers to design, plan, and execute video projects, from concept to delivery * Provide oversight and guidance during creative reviews, project meetings, and other critical milestones, ensuring that video systems meet Disney's high standards of quality and creativity * Develop and execute video framework plans for live shows and office applications, including blue-sky conceptualizing, project scoping, and financial ROMs * Lead video research and development efforts, collaborating with other Disney innovation divisions and responsible for the video systems and quality of all DLE creations * Direct all video configuration projects, assisting creators with planning, coordinating, budgeting, acquiring, installing, and implementing their plan ideas throughout the entire project lifecycle * Manage asset planning, budgeting, and assessment at both the office and project levels * Lead an innovative team of skilled, multidisciplinary creators, as well as serve as a working member of the design team with a natural tendency to generate ideas * Assist with dealings and serve as a leader for contracted video architects and vendors, ensuring Disney quality, compatibility, training, and precise documentation of all video services delivered **Essential Capabilities** * Exceptional understanding of current technology, theory, and industry principles for all aspects of video system configuration, as applied to live show and office systems * High-level experience in most video delivery systems, including LED screens and screens, and projectors * High-level appreciation of the different organizations for video content creation and effective delivery systems in both document delivery and live delivery conditions, and understanding of SMPTE principles * Understanding of video distribution and control systems, including advanced network architecture, high-level signal streaming, record management, and advanced video software techniques * Demonstrated extensive experience in video configuration practice and methods, including show design, installation design, and video control design * Demonstrated useful leadership capacity, including critical thinking, ability to influence, planning skills, and continuous improvement process knowledge **Preferred Capabilities** * Significant experience in video system design for cruise ship live entertainment * Critical experience in office design * Experience in live show development with The Walt Disney Company **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from theme park attractions to resort hotels and cruise ships * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Access to cutting-edge technology and resources * Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team of professionals **How to Apply** If you are a creative and innovative video editor with a passion for storytelling and a knack for technical expertise, we want to hear from you!
