About the Role

In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work in a virtual environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and customer expectations. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting, mentoring, and motivating our hourly workforce, ensuring that our customer delivery promises are met, and our operations workflow is optimized. Our workflow consists of three major components: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile, each critical to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and motivate our hourly workforce to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions, including outside loading departments
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our hourly workforce. You should have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and productivity, with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence. Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
