Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates at our blithequark Locker+ locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, assisting with package pickup and return, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery in a timely and efficient manner
 - Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
 - Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to find solutions
 - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards for quality and safety
 - Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently
 - Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
 - Receive truck deliveries, verifying shipments and ensuring that all packages are handled with care
 
Physical Requirements
In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
