We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team, who shares our passion for creating meaningful learning experiences and is committed to raising the bar on instructional integrity. As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with global stakeholder teams, and contribute to the development of our learning strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement, using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
  • Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles
  • Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes
  • Consulting with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials
  • Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
  • Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
  • Leading efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights
  • Conducting analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and performing post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics
  • Collaborating effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content

About the Team

The WW Customer Trust Training Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at blithequark is a dynamic and collaborative team comprising LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers. Our primary responsibility is to create great learning experiences for associates and investigators to support them during new hire, upskill, and other trainings. We improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong instructional design skills and experience with authoring tools
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to support the development of new LXDs and apprentices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
