Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

As a Product Tester and Customer Service Representative, your main duties will include:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and writing product journal entries
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, and taking pictures
• Participating in private chat rooms or discussions about the product being tested, as required by market research firms
• Writing reviews and providing feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Utilizing cutting-edge smartphone technology, such as MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail
• A curious spirit and excellent communication skills
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
