Job Overview
As a remote Product Tester and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects with national and international companies, providing valuable feedback on their upcoming products and services. This is a flexible, part-time position that offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, with a guaranteed 15-25 hours of work per week. You will be considered an independent contractor, with the freedom to work around your own schedule and telecommute from home, school, or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Main Responsibilities
As a Product Tester and Customer Service Representative, your main duties will include:
- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and writing product journal entries
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, and taking pictures
- Participating in private chat rooms or discussions about the product being tested, as required by market research firms
- Writing reviews and providing feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Utilizing cutting-edge smartphone technology, such as MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail
- A curious spirit and excellent communication skills
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills
- Be at least 18 years old
