Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process reservation requests, support basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identify guest reservation needs to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management.
  • Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and maintain open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • No supervisory experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
