Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
  • Quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues
