Job Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service experience to our customers through inbound and outbound contacts via an omnichannel approach. Your role will involve solving customer needs, retaining customers, and offering creative solutions to enhance their experience with our services. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, branch personnel, and technicians to resolve service and scheduling issues, and providing support to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers to enhance their experience and provide value-added services.
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Use computerized systems for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues and ensure timely delivery of our services.
  • Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns to promote our services and enhance customer engagement.
  • Handle incoming calls from technicians to provide support and ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to use a personal computer and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Successfully meet pre-employment background screen, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
