About the Role

Our Customer Experience (CX) Team drives customer loyalty, engagement, and value by providing exceptional customer experiences across all channels and touch-points. As a Non-Voice Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, differentiated, and "concierge-like" customer experience to our community of customers. You will provide world-class customer service in all interactions with customers, thinking creatively about ways to optimize each customer's experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers contacting our brand via email, responding to a wide variety of inquiry types and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide world-class customer service in all interactions with customers, tailoring solutions to provide the best experience possible
  • Receive inbound inquiries via email, verify required information, and do your utmost to solve customer problems
  • Actively listen and remain empathetic to the needs of each and every customer, demonstrating appropriate empathy and understanding of the customer's emotional state
  • Strive to meet and exceed quality and performance metrics, maintaining thorough knowledge of systems and processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Proactively identify and share key insights observed in handling customer inquiries with leadership, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience
  • Attend team meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled, staying up-to-date on new processes and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with above-average written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and professionally, using proper grammar, spelling, and tone. You should be able to actively listen and use the information provided by the customer to meet their needs, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their emotional state. You should also be able to maintain courtesy, politeness, and confidence throughout interactions, even in sensitive or escalated scenarios.

Technical Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a reliable computer, headset, and camera that passes our tech check to ensure seamless participation in training and day-to-day responsibilities. You should also be comfortable working in a remote environment, with strong communication and responsiveness skills to stay connected with the team and leadership.

Blackout Periods and Time Off

Please note that there will be blackout periods during this contract, specifically from November to January, when time off may not be granted due to coverage requirements. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this regard, and we will work with you to ensure that you have the time off you need outside of these blackout periods.
