We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients
- Establish and nurture relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support, fostering long-term loyalty and trust
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, consistently meeting or exceeding our high standards for customer satisfaction
- Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell and contributing to revenue growth
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach
- Portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting blithequark's values and mission in every interaction
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of our customer-facing operations
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
- Proven experience in customer service, with a track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike
- Familiarity with CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies
