Job Description
SAP MM Consultant for AMS Tier 2 support Provide Tier 2 support for SAP MM related incidents and service requests. Analyze and resolve issues related to procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and master data. Collaborate with Tier 1 support, business users, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems. Handle minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing in SAP MM. Support integration points with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and WM. Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement. Participate in periodic system maintenance, patch testing, and upgrade activities. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and internal SLAs. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7 years of hands on experience in SAP MM module support and configuration. Strong understanding of procure to pay (P2P) processes. Experience in incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy). Familiarity with IDocs, batch jobs, and interface troubleshooting. Good knowledge of SAP tables, reports, and data analysis. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a global support model with rotational shifts if required.
