RMA Technician, Amazon

<strong>Description<br><br></strong><ul><li> Troubleshoot and assist in identifying any potential issues that prevents items from being restocked.</li><li> Follow proper procedure to document test results and quality inspections by gathering proper documentation.</li><li> Identify, troubleshoot and repair any issues prior to releasing any product to the restock department.</li><li> Review materials and resources to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met prior to restocking.</li><li> Process product returns and Conduct product failure analysis.</li><li> Handle the day-to-day RMA disposition duties.</li><li> Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; creating documents as required.</li><li> Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed.</li><li> Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, and Technical Support.</li><li> Meet and exceed internal and external Service Level Agreements.</li><li> Review current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as required.</li><li> Filter current Liquidation inventory by analyzing products for restock capabilities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience</li><li> High school or equivalent</li><li> Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays</li><li> Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $46,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $57,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
