Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Design & Development: Architect, develop, and ship scalable backend services using Java, Python, or Node.js, and build modern, responsive front‑end components with React and Redux.
  • API Engineering: Create robust RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints that power internal and external digital workplace applications.
  • Automation & CI/CD: Implement and maintain automated pipelines in GitHub, Jenkins, and other CI/CD tools to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
  • Testing & Quality: Drive test‑driven development (TDD) and behavior‑driven development (BDD) practices, writing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • Software Engineering Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience building production‑grade applications using Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Object‑Oriented Mastery: Deep understanding of core Java concepts, including collections, multithreading, and Java 8+ features.
  • Spring Framework Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related modules for creating micro‑services.
  • Frontend Proficiency: Practical experience with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, including responsive UI design and DOM manipulation.
  • API Design Skills: Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
