Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, Casting & Development, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the EVP and SVP, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, making travel arrangements, handling expense reports, and performing various other administrative tasks
 - Tracking submissions, managing delivery of incoming scripts and cuts, and tracking shooting schedules
 - Supporting the department and other executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, updating department records, and researching various assignments
 - Communicating accurate show information to talent agents
 - Coordinating and distributing materials pertaining to projects to other FX and Disney departments, our productions, and studio partners
 - Communicating with other departments regarding their needs and ensuring they have the materials they need to take care of their responsibilities to the network
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of previous administrative experience, preferably in an entertainment or media company
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
 - Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to manage and disseminate a high volume of information and material punctually, properly, and confidentially in a fast-paced, busy office environment
 - Ability to evaluate material and think analytically in relation to projects
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Knowledge and passion for entertainment and the TV competitive landscape
 - Four-year college degree, preferably in film, broadcast, journalism, communications, English, or business, or equivalent work experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $64,300 to $86,200 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. We also offer a bonus and/or long-term incentive units as part of the compensation package.
