Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift, working Monday through Friday from 10PM to 6:30AM. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial vehicles and equipment to move product or materials in a production or warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move product or materials in a production or warehouse environment
• Transport raw materials, full goods, and/or finished goods to designated areas, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality control measures
• Move product and/or materials manually as required, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles and company standards
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives, providing excellent customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School or GED preferred, with 0-3 years of general work experience required
• 1+ years of prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
• Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment is a plus, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Demonstrated attention to detail, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift certification is required, with the ability to obtain certification if not already held

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles
