As a Global T&E Performance and BI Sr. Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Global Travel & Expenses team by designing, developing, and maintaining global controls, metrics, and operational reports to meet company requirements. You will be responsible for executing global controls and adjustments, creating and reviewing reports to monitor trends, exceptions to policy, aging, and suspicious transactions, and interacting with different levels of management to communicate effectively. **About Us** For over 135 years, The Coca-Cola Company has grown to become one of the world's largest beverage companies, with a presence in nearly every country in the world. Our Global Travel and Expenses team provides world-class service to our associates and leaders, ensuring they have what they need to be successful, and our company has what it needs to grow. **Job Description** As a Global T&E Performance and BI Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for: * Effectively executing global controls and adjustments as necessary related to accounting and compliance analysis end-to-end * Executing aging controls analysis and notification routines to the business to reduce risks for the company * Creating and reviewing reports to monitor trends, exceptions to policy, aging, and suspicious transactions for further review by management and appropriate stakeholders * Playing a key role in supporting our user base and helping to manage financial controls and reduce potential risks, KPI, scorecard, financial controls & analytics, reporting, and ad-hoc data requests * Interacting with different levels of management and communicating effectively * Executing accounting reconciliations (Concur vs SAP) globally, investigating differences, and proposing adjustments in SAP if needed * Executing P-Card accruals checks and analysis of the balances and identifying risk * Implementing and driving financial controls and process automation to ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for decision-making, internal/external reporting, and communications * Automation: Assessing issues, identifying root causes, and assisting in driving operational excellence process improvements and new implementations * Working with the MyTravel Team to document and update global processes internally **Essential Qualifications** * University/Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Master in Analytics preferred) * 5+ years of accounting and finance knowledge and risks * 3+ years of finance and business analysis experience with a focus on reporting tools and methodologies, ideally in a shared service and/or travel and expense team environment * 2+ years of experience in data modeling * 2 years of hands-on experience with a data query business intelligence software, preferably Cognos * 2 years of experience in data analytics tools such as Power BI or similar * Experience in consolidation and cleansing tools such as Alteryx * Strong experience in storytelling through visualization tools * Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivots, VLOOKUP's, conditional formatting, large record sets * Excellent analytical skills * Adaptable and flexible, combined with the ability to balance multiple projects/priorities and meet deadlines * Extraordinary focus on details, accuracy, and quality * Ability to deliver timely and accurate product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be a self-starter * Inquisitive mindset * Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly **Preferred Qualifications** * Certification CPA or MBA - OE preferred * Master in Analytics * Experience working with automated accounting systems, SAP experience preferred **Skills and Competencies** * Accounting and finance risks * Automated accounting systems, SAP preferred * Hands-on experience with a data query business intelligence software, Concur or Cognos preferably * Data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI or similar * Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivots, VLOOKUP's, conditional formatting, large record sets * Ability to manipulate and condense large volumes of data into succinct and powerful visualizations (graphs, charts, diagrams, dashboards, pivot tables, etc.) * Adaptable and flexible, combined with the ability to balance multiple projects/priorities and meet deadlines * Extraordinary focus on details, accuracy, and quality * Ability to deliver timely and accurate product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be a self-starter * Attention to details * Inquisitive mindset * Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Global T&E Performance and BI Sr. Manager, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop world-class skills and a truly international career * Learn about our company's end-to-end global processes and help shape our future * Collaborate with a global team that fosters a collaborative, team-focused, and winning environment * Take advantage of our company's extraordinary heritage, leading brands, and global scale * Enjoy a unique culture where people do what they love and live their values **Work Environment and Company Culture** We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
