Job Description

We're excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Full Stack Google Cloud Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Client Security Services business, you'll play a vital role in driving our network protection business forward by building and expanding relationships with new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve client technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Cloud Security products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients and partners through technical presentations, product briefings, proof-of-concept demos, and other materials.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product messaging to highlight the value of our solutions, using techniques such as whiteboard and slide presentations, product showcases, white papers, trial management, and request for information (RFI) response documents.
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other relevant events to provide support and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Engineering, and Sales, to stay informed about industry trends and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with security or cloud-based models in a client-facing or technical sales engineering role.
  • Experience in network security areas, such as threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security management, or identity and access management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate education in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Industry certifications in Cloud or Security, such as AWS, Azure, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience with business security initiatives, such as threat hunting, malware analysis, cloud security management, or identity and access management.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in the network security industry, including ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, and other relevant topics.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
