About the Role
As a Google Translate Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for collaborating with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC). You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. Your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and business acumen will be essential in driving success and growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global armada of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
 - Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders
 - Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
 - Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth
 
Essential Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
 - Three years of experience in program management, Google Translate Data Entry, or a related field
 - Three years of experience overseeing cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
 - Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and controlling data collections using SQL
 
Preferred Qualifications
We're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- Three years of experience overseeing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
 - Three years of experience in specialized program/project management roles
 - Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within at least one group to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
