We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Global Compensation & Benefits Leader to join our HR team and drive strategic rewards management and HR transformation initiatives.

Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our global compensation and benefits function, driving harmonization and standardization across our worldwide operations. As the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and values. This role requires a strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits, you'll be responsible for:
  • Maturing and strengthening our global rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and values
  • Building and implementing programs and corporate guidelines for rewards, including compensation for senior executives, short and long-term incentive programs, job evaluation, salary structures, global mobility, pensions, insurance, and healthcare
  • Developing and implementing a global job architecture, ensuring consistency and fairness across all markets
  • Managing global mobility, ensuring seamless relocation and assignment processes for our employees
  • Developing, running, and governing job evaluation/grading processes, ensuring accurate and fair compensation decisions
  • Supporting pay-for-performance concepts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and values
  • Planning and completing annual global processes, such as merit, bonus, STI, LTI, and the performance cycle
  • Providing expertise, knowledge, strategic direction, mentorship, and support to the organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of work experience within the field of compensation and benefits, with several years leading an international team
  • Experience developing and implementing global reward programs based on a total compensation concept globally, including design and management of STI, LTI concepts (experience must include EMEA, APAC, and the United States)
  • Solid experience with executive remuneration concepts and reviews
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving organizational goals through strategic decision-making and clear communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders – fluency in English is required
  • Senior gravitas and an ability to engage and empower through transformation
  • Strong drive, energy, and passion, with excellent judgment and integrity
  • Location in the United States in Eastern Standard Time or in Sweden

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
  • Master's degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in compensation and benefits, such as CCP or GRP
  • Experience working in a cloud-based or technology-enabled environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly in regions where we operate

As a Full Stack Global Compensation & Benefits Leader at Sinch, you'll enjoy:
  • A competitive salary, with a range of $262,000 - $300,000 per annum
