About the Role

Job Summary

The Senior Web Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Home Depot's web analytics strategy. This includes analyzing web analytics data and offline data to measure site performance, identifying key performance drivers, and providing insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze web analytics data and offline data to assess the working environment and identify areas for improvement (20% of time)
• Work with web analysts to provide weekly web analytics dashboards to managers and teams (10% of time)
• Lead new services and initiatives for the web analytics team (10% of time)
• Provide web analytics strategies for specific channels (10% of time)

Essential Qualifications
