strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. + Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement benefits programs that meet the evolving needs of employees. * **HR Policies and Compliance:** + Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations. + Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. + Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory compliance. * **HR Metrics:** + Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, making data-driven decisions and providing insights for continuous improvement. + Develop and implement HR metrics and reporting systems to track key performance indicators. + Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR dashboards to enhance decision-making. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). * Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. * In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
