Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ABA/Autism Therapist to join our growing team in Tucker, GA. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, using discrete trials and implementing behavior support
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in your work

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA experience (or 1-2 years working in a related field, such as Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs, and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
- Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
