About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD, working collaboratively with our team of experienced professionals to create personalized treatment plans and support the growth and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities



  • Implement and maintain all B.E.S.T. practices of ABA Therapy, ensuring adherence to evidence-based best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing individualized support and guidance to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

  • Ensure parental participation during sessions, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports the entire family.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a genuine love for working with small children, creating a safe and nurturing space for learning and growth.

Requirements



  • Reliable form of transportation to travel to client homes and other locations as needed.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain.

  • Ability to walk, run, and play with small children, as well as lift up to 50 pounds (child).

  • Completion of the RBT training process to become Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
