Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate the register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Make purchase suggestions and promote products to customers
• Work with our food program to ensure that customers receive high-quality products
• Maintain our high standards for store appearance and ensure that the store is clean and well-organized
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and be punctual for scheduled shifts
• Interact with many customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates who have retail and customer service experience, as well as sales associate or cashiering experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred. Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. You should also be able to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, and grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands.
