Key Responsibilities

  • Complying with United States Government contract requirements and IDEMIA's background check process and criteria

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
  • High-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools, as well as the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience working with help desk software and basic business and analytical problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior call center experience
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
