As a Remote Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing your knowledge of destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, using your expertise to create tailored travel experiences.
  • Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, highlighting the benefits and features of each package to potential clients.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring that all problems are resolved in a fair and satisfactory manner.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies to ensure that clients receive the best possible support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to utilize technology to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field.
