Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a good rapport with callers, using your warm and friendly approach to build trust and establish strong relationships
  • De-escalate and manage difficult calls, remaining professional, level-headed, and composed under pressure

  • Demonstrate excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail, navigating up to 12 applications on a single call
  • Quickly transition from one task to another, using your strong navigation skills to manage multiple systems and applications
  • Maintain proficiency with dual monitors, using keyboard shortcuts to efficiently complete tasks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing environment
  • A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Minimum 25 WPM typing speed, with accurate and efficient keyboard skills
  • Proficiency with dual monitors and keyboard shortcuts, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively
  • Strong navigation skills, with the ability to quickly transition between multiple systems and applications
  • Residency in the US, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Successful completion of our mandatory paid 4-week training program, with 100% attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance environment, with knowledge of healthcare claims and enrollment processes
