Key Responsibilities and Expectations

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and web interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Virtually assisting customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and technical support
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Proactively identifying solutions to questions and concerns, taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue from start to finish
  • Collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary, ensuring seamless and comprehensive support
  • Providing exceptional service experiences, promoting customer privacy and safety, and maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy
  • Helping customers navigate pharmacy.blithequark.com, addressing insurance and copay inquiries, and resolving shipping-related issues
  • Serving customers in a timely and efficient manner, maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term trust and loyalty

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility and convenience of working from home. You will be required to work a variable reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours. The position is 40 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of various virtual locations, including UT.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
  • Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others

You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
